Pistoia, capital of culture in 2017, is a art city of great value but famous in Europe above all for the production of its nurseries that export ornamental plants all over the world, but it is also an interesting destination from a gastronomic point of view . In the city center there is an old confectionery that has been producing sugared almonds and chocolate with artisan care for almost a century. Here a course for the creation of pralines and chocolates will be organized for chocolate lovers.

The course will be divided into a “theoretical” and of course and above all “practical” phase with the possibility of preparing and taking away your own productions.
