How we work.
Every project starts by listening. We never propose a solution before we’ve understood the objective, the audience, the budget and the timeframe. Only then do we build a proposal: clear, feasible and fine-tuned down to the last logistical detail.
We work as a single control room: we coordinate all the suppliers involved – hotels, transport, guides, services – and act as the client’s sole point of contact. This reduces the risk of errors, simplifies communication and ensures continuity at every stage of the project. When something doesn’t go to plan – and in tourism it always can – we’re there, on hand, with the knowledge and contacts to find solutions quickly.
A story rooted in the territory.
We were born in Montecatini Terme, and this is where we have always worked. The town has a century-old tourism tradition – the spas, the Grand Hotels, the parks, the Tettuccio – and we are an integral part of it.
Over the years we’ve broadened our reach, bringing groups and clients all over Tuscany and to many other regions of Italy. But our identity remains rooted here: in the territory, in the people, in the relationships built by working with integrity for thirty years.
